Shipping Rates:
For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee.
For COD Orders: No minimum order value required. We charge ₹0 shipping and handling fee.
Order Processing:
We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
Shipping Time:
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 3-5 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Incorrect Address Policy for Product Delivery

Responsibility of the Customer:
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during the order placement is accurate and complete.

Charges Incurred due to Incorrect Address:
- If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address that results in the inability to deliver the product(s), the customer will be charged for both forward shipping (initial attempt) and return shipping charges (when the product is returned to the sender).

Refunds and Exchanges:
- No refunds will be provided for shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If the customer still wishes to receive the product, they will need to cover the cost of shipping to resend the item to the corrected address.
